This unique class is a direct approach to physical fitness and integrative wellness. Lisa’s IMI method uses mindful body-awareness techniques to strengthen the mind-heart connection. With an light-hearted emphasis of fun and non-judgement, this group fitness class provides self-care tips and tricks for your home and work-life. Created for the most “exercise resistant” women, any BODY can enjoy and benefit from this educational and empowering therapeutic movement experience.
Lisa designed her innovative movement education class in 2014. She also provides Posture & Body-Mechanics Workshops that teach the same principles in corporate and institutional settings.
