Wave Meditation With Caili

With national rates of depression and anxiety rising, we are all looking for healthier ways to cope and go about our lives. Meditation can be a daily practice to help you better understand your internal struggles, aid in healing or simply help you recharge and fill your cup.
Wave Meditation is peaceful practice of breath work and guided meditation accompanied with essential oils, zen music and time for journaling and conversation.
The class format:
● 10 Minutes to settle in with an explanation of this week’s practice and benefits
● 30 Minute guided meditation (accompanied by zen music and essential oils)
● 10 Minutes to come out of the meditation
● 10 Minutes share experiences and what we have been learning about ourselves through our practice
Cost: $25 a person
